Process

Once you’ve decided Villa Loriana is a potential fit for your client, reach out to schedule a tour, and ask any questions. We are happy to walk you through what we offer and how we can bring you and your clients’ vision to life!

How It Works

Vendors

Our long-term relationships with our vendors are one of our strongest assets, which is why vendor input was sought throughout the construction process and beyond. If you are from out of the area, we are thrilled to introduce you to our tight-knit community of passionate, professional, and world-class vendors on our preferred vendor list. You are also welcome to bring in outside vendors. We approve outside vendors on a case-by-case basis, provided they can meet insurance, licensure, and other requirements.

Client Login

Once booked, you and your clients will have access to our online portal, where you will find contracts, invoices, venue plans, vendor forms, and all the pertinent information for your event.

We are proud to be one of the few venues in the area that can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Amenities

  • Accommodations

    We can accommodate up to 18 guests between our three villa suites and our cottage. The suites have been mindfully designed with multiple bedrooms and kitchenettes in each. There is also a large shared kitchen equipped with a full range and dishwasher.

    Electricity

    Over thirty 20 amp circuits are provided between the villa, catering areas, and bar. Power access is also available throughout the grounds.

  • Catering Patio

    The Catering Patio, just outside the Butler’s Pantry, is a covered & lit workspace for the catering team and is furnished with a sink, trash facilities, prep tables, and a staff restroom. It is large enough to accommodate most catering vehicles. Trash service is provided on-site, and we do not require trash to be removed from our facility by catering staff.

    Butler’s Pantry

    The Butler’s Pantry, adjacent to the catering patio, is an indoor facility with refrigeration, sink, and workspace for the catering team to utilize for prep and service.

  • Baldini Suite

    The perfect space to get ready, the Baldini Suite has been thoughtfully designed with full-length mirrors, hair & make-up chairs, a refrigerator & coffee nook, two bedrooms, and a luxurious bathroom. Enjoy breakfast in the dining area and full kitchen before you indulge in your pre-event pampering!

  • Cottage

    Gather your wedding party and relax and unwind
    pre-event in the Cottage. Couches, a refrigerator, outdoor
    picnic and lounge area with firepit, and close access to the
    gaming area make for the perfect space to spend time
    before your big day!

  • Restrooms

    Our beautifully designed restrooms are strategically located in several areas throughout the villa. In addition, we have a restroom designated for your staff in the caterers’ quarters.

    On-site Rentals

    Available for rent, we have an inventory featuring cross-back chairs with ivory cushions, farmhouse style tables, and a variety of round tables, banquet tables, and more!

FAQ

  • 01Do you have requirements for vendors?

    Yes. We require that all vendors have a business license and insurance, and a health department certificate is required for caterers.

  • 02Do you have a closed vendor list?

    We have a list of recommended vendors that we work with often and trust to provide your clients with a world-class experience. We are happy to consider off-list vendors who meet our requirements on a case-by-case basis.

  • 03What are your insurance requirements?

    Insurance in the amount of $1MM is required for all vendors. Two months before the event, all vendors need to send us a certificate of insurance with the following as additional insured:

  • 04Is there a noise ordinance in effect in the area?

    Yes, San Luis Obispo County has a noise ordinance with a 10 pm sound curfew that all private venues must obey. We have partnered with SLO Brew at the Rock to offer an after-party experience for your clients, should they be interested.

  • 05Do you provide any equipment for vendors?

    We have a scissor lift on-site that can be rented for $100/hr and must be operated by a Loriana employee. We do not provide ladders, step stools, tools, etc… for vendors due to liability issues. Vendors need to ensure they bring everything necessary to complete their contracted services.
